Are prices per employee or per company?
Per company, with an employee limit based on your plan. Ponto Inicial covers up to 5 employees for BRL 49.90/month — regardless of whether you have 3 or 5 people. You do not pay per employee.
Do all plans have the same features?
Yes. Electronic time clock, facial recognition, geolocation, time bank, vacation management, multi-company management, and WhatsApp support are included in every plan. The only difference is the maximum number of employees.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. UsePonto is a REP-P (software-based system) that runs on the employee's own phone or computer. There is no dedicated time clock device, tablet, or any hardware to purchase.
Is a collective bargaining agreement required?
REP-P and REP-A follow different rules. Each company should validate legal fit, internal policy, and implementation details before adopting a system.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. If your team grows, you can upgrade directly from the dashboard. If you want to downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have 30 days after cancellation to export your entire history in AFD, AEJ, and report formats. After that period, data is deleted in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian data protection law).
Does the platform generate the AFD and AEJ files required by Portaria 671/2021?
The platform supports AFD, AEJ, and timesheet exports for HR, payroll, and audit scenarios. Validate the operational flow during the trial before rollout.
