Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. UsePonto is a REP-P (software-based system) that runs on the employee's own phone or computer. There is no dedicated time clock device, tablet, or any hardware to purchase.
Is a collective bargaining agreement required?
No. REP-P (Electronic Time Clock via Software) does not require a collective bargaining agreement by legal definition, unlike REP-A. Any company can adopt UsePonto immediately.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. If your team grows, you can upgrade directly from the dashboard. If you want to downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You have 30 days after cancellation to export your entire history in AFD, AEJ, and report formats. After that period, data is deleted in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian data protection law).
